About Us
WHO ?
Reach Me is a nonprofit organization that promotes community inclusion by offering socialization opportunities to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
HOW?
On a weekly basis we transport a small group to and from community activities.
Socialization opportunities are posted on our website, which includes but are not limites to; sport events, fesitivals, the Zoo, amusement parks, and more!
WHY?
Without access to the community most individuals will become withdrawn, depressed and have anxiety issues. Those who already have these diagnosis, may experience increased behavioral episodes due to not having a way to enjoy activities outside of their home. It is important for everyone to have access to the community.
